Type the Upside Down Question Mark (¿) on Windows
If you are on Windows, you can type the upside-down question mark by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift + /. This key combination works only if you are using Microsoft Word.

The upside-down question mark or inverted question mark can be typed on Mac using a key combination. Press Shift+Option+/ key combination and it will type ¿.

For typing ?, you already use Shift+/ key. To type ¿, also press the option key while typing the ?.
