How to Stop Photos From appearing in Spotlight Search Results on iPhone

By default, Apple shows your photos in Spotlight Search. To access Spotlight search, swipe from left to right from your Home screen until you go to the Spotlight section. Open the Settings app and scroll down until you see Photos. Tap on Photos and then tap Siri & Search. Here, look for ‘Show Content in Search‘ and turn it off.
