Instagram has now started rolling out an option that allows users to download their entire data if they want. This step came after Facebook faced criticism for the Cambridge Analytica data scandal and the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It will ask you to enter your email address and information format. Then click next.

After you requested the data download, it will suggest you wait for up to 48 hours and go to your Instagram feed. Once the data is ready to download, you will receive a download link to your email address.
I received the email address in 16 house after making the request and the downloaded data included photos and son files having history, connections, contacts, and settings.
