Open Instagram and go to your profile. Now tap the ‘hamburger icon’ located at the top right side of the screen. Go to Settings and Privacy and then tap Account Center.

Go to Password and Security and Tap Where you’re logged in to view your recent login activity. It will show you account activity for both Facebook and Instagram if you have connected your Facebook and Instagram accounts.

In the login activity section, if you see an unauthorized login, you can sign out of that device. Just tap on the login activity and you will see the option to sign out. You will also see an option to log out of all the devices in one click.

If you are using Instagram on a web browser, follow these steps to check login activity.
First, tap the profile icon and go to your Instagram profile.

Now click the gear icon to open the Context menu.

In the menu, click Settings and Privacy.

Now click Password and Security from the left sidebar.

Now again click Password and security in the left sidebar.

Then click Where you’re logged in.

It will now show you the login activity of your account. You will see a list of devices using your Instagram account. You can click on any of the activities to log out. If you see any suspicious login, you can log out to keep your account safe.
