Check Login Activity on Instagram for web
If you are using Instagram on a web browser, follow these steps to check login activity.
First, tap the profile icon and go to your Instagram profile.
Now click the gear icon to open the Context menu.
In the menu, click Settings and Privacy.
Now click Password and Security from the left sidebar.
Now again click Password and security in the left sidebar.
Then click Where you’re logged in.
It will now show you the login activity of your account. You will see a list of devices using your Instagram account. You can click on any of the activities to log out. If you see any suspicious login, you can log out to keep your account safe.
Even if you have ended that unauthorized login session, it is recommended to change the password. Changing the password also forces all devices to log in again. But this step ensures your account is safe from hackers. You can also enable two-factor authentication to add another layer of protection to your account. After enabling two-factor authentication, Instagram will send an OTP on your phone every time you or someone else tries to login into the account.
