Apple has added an easy way to check battery cycles. The macOS also shows the battery condition in the menu are/ Just click on the battery icon. It shows the status depending on the battery condition. But what about the battery health of a Windows laptop?

Check Battery Health in Windows
Open CMD and type the following command.
powercfg /batteryreport

It will quickly generate the battery health report and the report will be saved on your laptop. After the execution of the command, it will also show you the location where the report has been saved in your system.
Go to the location and see the HTML file of the report.

Open the report and it will show you the original battery capacity, current full charge capacity, and cycle count. The current full charge capacity will give you an idea of how much your battery has degraded over time.

- Recent usage
- Usage history
- Battery capacity history
- Battery life estimates
This report is really helpful to understand when it is time to get the battery replaced.
